Chromacottoninks.com offers shipping on all orders (contiguous U.S. only – excludes AK, HI & PR). Free shipping is shipped ground with the carrier of our choice and only available on items purchased at website pricing. Delivery Time Chromacottoninks Supplies guarantees orders received by 2:30pm Eastern Time (ET) will be processed the next day and delivered within 6 business days of the order. Business days will be counted starting on the next business day after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders shipped from Chromacottoninks Supplies warehouses are typically shipped via UPS Ground service, but some packages weighing less than one pound may be shipped via US Postal Service.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Chromacottoninks Supplies offers flat rate shipping to all 50 states in the United States that varies between products. Shipping is via ground shipping with the carrier of our choice and is only valid for orders shipping within the contiguous United States. The Flat Rate Shipping is only good for items purchased at website pricing. Deliveries may take 1 to 9 business days to arrive and no guarantee is made on specific arrival time.
Please provide a valid e-mail address when ordering. Once the order is placed, we will send out an email confirmation for your review and, after the order is shipped, we will use this email to send you a tracking number. The email will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We make every effort to contact you concerning issues with an order to ensure the speediest and most accurate shipping possible.
In the unfortunate circumstance that a package is lost or delayed by the carrier, Chromacottoninks Supplies will work on the customer’s behalf to locate the order. Please note that due with the carrier follow-up policies, this may take up to 2 business days to complete.
Packages may be delayed due to severe weather, and Express Delivery fees may not be eligible for refunds. Buyer is responsible for checking tracking number with carrier for possible delays in their area, or potential delays due to severe weather.
Returns can be made within 30 days from date of receipt. All returns must be in brand new condition in the original, undamaged packaging. All returns require prior approval by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please denote the RA number on the package and enclose a letter explaining the reason for requesting a refund or exchange. In many cases, we can minimize the shipping cost by offering parts replacement options. If you need a replacement machine or part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit for the part and you will have 30 days to return the original part or product in new condition. To send back a machine, we require that you send it in the original packaging, so please keep all packaging materials (in good condition) for the duration of the warranty period. If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to fix it and you will be required to pay for shipping the damaged item back to you.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. If an item is returned without the original packaging the customer may be assessed additional restocking fees up to 50% of the cost of the item for damages that result from improper shipping.
Return Shipping Labels and Restocking Fees
Shipping Labels: Any item being returned to Chromacottoninks Supplies (excluding items over 70 lbs which require freight shipping) are eligible for a flat rate ground shipping label at the market rate. Items determined to be defective or improperly shipped will receive this label free of charge. The customer may choose their own shipping method as long as tracking information is communicated to Chromacottoninks Supplies.
Restocking Fees: Any item returned as defective or under warranty will be assessed a 10% restocking fee if returned for cash refund. Any other returned item will be assessed a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return and Exchange Process
Chromacottoninks Supplies does not allow “cross-ships”. If a customer needs another machine before we get their return back, they can pay full price for the new item to be shipped. Once the returned item is received and inspected a refund for the full value of the item will be processed.
Refund Process: Items returned for refund will be processed within 3 business days of the time the item is received at our warehouse. Once a refund is processed it will usually be returned to the originating account within 2-3 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
Consumable Material: Inks ,Transfer paper and other consumable supplies are not eligible for return once the packaging is open.
Return Authorization (RA) Number:
To return product or equipment use RMA number clearly written on the outside of the original packaging as provided by an Chromacottoninks Supplies support representative. Please contact Chromacottoninks Supplies prior to returning any merchandise. An RMA number will be issued to you authorizing the return.
Partial Refunds/Restocking Fees
Any returned item that is not in its original condition or packaging is considered damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error or defect in product. All returns that do not meet the terms of Chromacottoninks Supplies return policy may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Although machines are tested to factory standards prior to being packages, a small percentage of machines may arrive Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) due to various problems in transit (i.e. shaking, vibrating, etc.). We do not make exceptions to our conditions for DOA products
